原料
柚子: 1个, 蜂蜜: 500g, 冰糖: 100g, 水: 600毫升
步骤
1先把柚子表明洗干净,用刀刮干净整个柚子皮表面.在把皮削下来用盐水浸泡15分钟

2捞出切成细细的丝

3切完一定要用盐水浸泡15分钟去除柚子皮的苦涩

4加上600毫升的水放进冰糖大火煮开

6煮到粘稠为止大概一个小时左右

7这是把煮好的柚子皮和肉放到料理机打成泥.在倒入锅中熬煮至粘稠关火.有点余温加入蜂蜜.凉透装瓶

8瓶子要用沸腾的开水烫好控干
