2山楂去核去籽洗净装盆~

3将山楂加入清水倒入不锈钢锅内,挤入柠檬汁用铲子不时推动,转中火煮开煮至5分钟,软烂即可~

4煮好的山楂和汤水一同放入料理盒内,搅打成泥,打好的果泥还有些粗糙,过筛一遍~

5过筛后很细腻(过筛后做好的山楂糕特别细腻不光滑)~

11继续熬制,翻动山楂糕有阻力,铲子上的山楂糕不滴落,锅内有明显痕迹(反正就是很粘稠就对啦)~

12容器刷些色拉油,趁热倒入山楂糕,表面用刮刀抹平些,晾凉即可(脱模用小刀在边缘划一圈)~
