面粉: 250g, 清水: 150g, 肉馅: 200g, 韭菜: 150g, 鸡蛋: 2个, 精盐: 1.5盐勺, 鸡精: 1.5盐勺, 十三香: 1盐勺, 油: 适量
步骤
1准备材料~

2将面粉倒入盆中,一点点加入清水搅成絮状,和成面团,盖保鲜膜醒面20分钟~

3韭菜洗净控水,切末装大盆~ 肉馅炒8分熟,颜色变白盛出装盘晾凉~ 鸡蛋打散,炒小块炒熟备用~ 韭菜盆内倒适量油拌匀(这样韭菜不容易出水)再放入肉馅,鸡蛋碎,加入精盐,鸡精,十三香,搅拌均匀,静置20分钟~

4拿出面团多揉一会,揉成长条状,分成均匀的大剂子,擀成大薄饼皮~

5将肉馅平铺在饼皮上,留些边缘~ 饼皮从一侧折起盖上肉馅(如图)~ 另一边也对折覆盖上饼皮~ 将两边角压实~

6依次多做几个~
