苹果: 2个, 鸡蛋: 1只, 淀粉: 5克, 糖: 5克(建议多点)
步骤
1苹果去皮去心,切成边长为2~3厘米左右立方体,为防止苹果生锈,建议泡入水中

2淀粉,鸡蛋

3加入少量清水,将鸡蛋淀粉搅拌成糊

4锅中倒入油,小火加热至七八成热后,将苹果挂糊,放入锅中炸

5炸至金黄色后,将苹果放入滤网中过油(注:确保不要让苹果变凉,本人失败之一)

6锅中放入少量油,小火至七成热时加入白糖翻炒(注:一定要多放糖,本人失败之二)

7白糖翻炒融化后,关火,将苹果放入锅中使劲炒(注:融化之后马上关火,本人失败之三)
