原料
土豆: 500g, 鳕鱼: 400g, 牛奶: 250ml, 鸡蛋: 3只, 面粉: 一小碗, 面包糠: 一小碗, 百里香: 少许, 盐: 俩小勺, 白胡椒: 1勺, 番茄沙司:
步骤
1土豆去皮切成滚刀块,放入炖锅,倒入牛奶和一饭碗清水一起煮十分钟;

2鳕鱼去皮去骨,切小块;

3将鳕鱼放锅里跟土豆一起煮,加一勺盐、半勺白胡椒粉和少许百里香,继续煮10分钟左右,土豆变软即可;

4将土豆和鳕鱼捞出,然后放入剩下的一勺盐和半勺白胡椒粉和土豆、鳕鱼压碎,拌匀,置凉;

5将鳕鱼土豆泥捏成大小适中的丸子;

6丸子先后依次裹上面粉、蛋液和面包糠;

7裹好的丸子备用;

8锅里倒入没过丸子的油量,油温七八成热,将丸子放入油里炸;

9丸子炸至金黄色(约2分钟左右),捞出,放在厨房纸上,吸去多余的油份;
