4胡萝卜两根洗净切滚刀块备用

小技巧
炖鸡一定要用蒜炝锅,炒香时放入酱油,快要出锅时再按个人口味放盐。如想放点粉条里要多加点水,否则粉条膨胀后就粘在一起了
