1.韭菜、尖椒、胡萝卜事先用盐水浸泡清洗,去除有害杂质 2.土豆和胡萝卜我习惯插成丝,这样成品好看还易熟 3.土豆我买的是粉质不那么多的,所以没泡水去除淀粉 4.韭菜要等到其他的炒熟后丢进去翻炒几下就出锅,因为韭菜时间长容易出水
