2红糖用等量开水泡开(可以加一小撮盐),加入黄油小火加热煮沸盛出;

3红糖浆中倒入酸奶拌匀,尽量选择稠一点的酸奶;

4等红糖浆温度降下来,手摸着不是太热就可以加入酵母静置会儿,然后拌匀;

5继续加入面粉,并擦入橙子屑用筷子搅匀;

6继续挤入橙汁,约半个左右,至面团稍微有点湿润即可;

7在案板上撒上一些面粉,将面团揉至光滑不粘手;

8将面团发酵至2倍大小;

9取出面团揉压一下进行排气,再揉成一个团放入烤箱继续二次发酵成1.5-2倍大小(烤箱底部接一盆水);

10发酵完成后烤箱预热,上下火200℃,同时在面团上用小叉子扎一些小洞;

11放入烤箱烤20分钟左右,同时制作红糖水:按红糖和开水比例1:2煮开;

12将面包取出,刷上红糖水继续烤15-20分钟至颜色变深即可。(嗯,烤得有点狠了)
