小技巧
1、蛋黄请注意要用常温的 2、枣泥馅选用自己做的最好吃,注意避免太湿,不然烘烤的时候容易开裂 当然也可以用同类的馅料代替,比如大家都爱的凤梨馅蜜红豆等等 3、烤温请根据自己烤箱灵活调整
