低筋面粉: 90g,E, 红豆沙馅: 100g,F, 奶油: 15g,A, 绵白糖: 15g,A, 糖粉: 15g,A, 蛋黄: 1个,B, 柠檬汁: 5g,C, 柠檬屑: 10g,C, 细盐: 1g,D, 泡打粉: 1.2g,E
步骤
1先将奶油、绵白糖和过筛的糖粉放在容器中,搅拌均匀

2加入蛋黄混合,拌匀(加入蛋黄的时候,要慢慢加入哦)

3再分别加入柠檬汁和柠檬屑,搅拌均匀(柠檬可是个好东西)

4最后加入过筛的低筋面粉和泡打粉,拌匀成团,松弛20分钟。(耐心等待哦)

5将红豆沙馅分割成8等份,备用(宽窄要一致滴)

6再将松弛好的面团分割成8等份

7最后用面团包住红豆沙,接口收紧,搓成圆形
