原料
排骨: 1斤, 淀粉: 适量, 鸡蛋: 1个, 白糖: 适量, 白醋(米醋): 适量, 番茄酱: 适量, 番茄: 1只, 青椒: 1~2个
步骤
1排骨砍块洗净,+淀粉+鸡蛋+盐,拌匀腌制。(盐一点点即可,不须够味,这道菜主要是酸甜味道。淀粉要放足够,才能裹住排骨。鸡蛋一定要放,不然炸的时候没效果)

2排骨一件一件下油锅,才不会粘连在一起。小火炸微黄,沥起
