原料
瘦肉(最好是带点点点肥的): 3两, 皮蛋: 两个, 葱姜、料酒、盐、麻油、鸡精:
步骤
1用煲汤的锅煮好喝。蛋和淘好的米一起放进煲里,多放些水大火烧待水开,打开盖用勺子搅拌防止粘锅,改小火慢熬时不时搅拌一下。待米有点烂放肉末煮10分钟(为使肉末散开要用勺子搅拌)放点盐调味,有点点咸味就好。然后倒入皮蛋碎搅拌2分钟,关火撒点点鸡精和几滴麻油调味

2捞出来泡几分钟冷水好剥壳(煮20分钟的时间蛋保证熟然后捞出来)
