原料
胡瓜: 一根(中等大小), 盐: 适量, 油: 适量, 鲜拉面: 适量, 鱿鱼: 一只(较大), 小葱: 一大根, 味精: 适量, 排骨: 适量
步骤
1出门买菜前,先炖上一锅排骨汤,记得放完水放盐再炖哦

2烧一锅水,放入适量拉面,捞一下

3三~五分熟就行,捞起,装盆备用

5葱切段,鱿鱼切细些

6锅里放入适量油,我用的玉米油,200度火,把葱煸香

7倒入胡瓜,稍稍翻炒均匀

8用筛子滤一下,倒入事先煲好的排骨汤,以防肉的碎骨头,盖上锅盖,焖煮到胡瓜熟

9肉不要倒进去,备用

10倒入拉面,倒入鱿鱼

11这时候面有点坨儿,边煮边用筷子慢慢挑散一下

12煮至鱿鱼熟,就可以关火了,最后放入适量味精

小技巧
1.讲真~用切面煮很科学,切面它不结坨儿~ 2.炖肉汤时,我已经放过盐了,我就没再放,我故意多放了一点点~ 3.记得炖肉汤要多放点水,煮面的整个过程只用肉汤,不多加一滴水哦~
