白萝卜: 750G, 腊肠: 4小根, 小虾米: 50G, 香菇: 6朵, 糖: 30G, 盐: 10G, 胡椒粉: 适量, 粘米粉:: 120G, 澄粉: 30G, 玉米淀粉: 20G, 水: 200ml, 面包模具: 9*4inch
步骤
1香菇温水泡发开;

2小虾米用盐水泡出杂质;
3、白萝卜去皮,切成丝,不用切成太细的丝,要不然吃的时候没有口感:

4腊肠切成细丝或者小丁;

5泡发好的香菇切成薄片:

6小虾米如果个头大就从中切一刀;

7开中火,把腊肠丁放入锅中煸出油,然后放入小虾米和香菇,翻炒出香味,最后放入萝卜丝炒软,撒上胡椒粉拌均匀即可;

8粘米粉,玉米淀粉和澄粉倒入一个大碗中,加盐和糖混合。倒入泡发过香菇的水,搅拌至无颗粒状;

9趁着锅中的材料还有温度的时候倒入锅中搅拌均匀,盛入模具中,中火蒸1小时;

10放凉的萝卜糕送冰箱冷藏过夜,用以定型;
