①腊肉、腊肠任何一种超市卖的肉肠都可以替代 ②不喜欢葱的味道可以不放 ③用糖调味,可以不用放味精鸡精之类 ④泡打粉可使蒸出的萝卜糕更松软 ⑤少许油可使口感嫩滑 ⑥蒸好的萝卜糕一定要放凉,最好两面吹吹干再改刀,否则会粘刀
