南瓜泥(被吃掉太多,剩一点点了): 90克, 面粉: 150克, 酵母: 1.5克, 白砂糖(喜欢甜的可以自行增加): 8克, 玉米油: 5克, 竹炭粉: 一点点

1南瓜打成泥(不需要加水)

2南瓜泥,酵母、糖,玉米油全部混合

4开始揉啊揉至光滑状态

5取一小块面团加入竹炭粉揉成黑色,大面团分成6份(有5分大小一致,最后一份比较小,我没称,是用来做小熊耳朵的)

10竹炭粉面团取小块,搓细细的条状

小技巧
馒头皮肤要好,面团要揉到位!发酵也要到位!整形不能过度! 冬天做卡通馒头要比夏天好很多,夏天有时候还没做好面团就已经发酵了!冬天室温低,面团发酵慢,简直不要太赞!
