低筋面粉 75克, 腰果 27个左右, 鸡蛋 17克, 黄油 35克, 糖粉 22克, 盐 0.1克
步骤
1黄油切小块,软化后加入糖粉和盐

2黄油的软化,我是用的电吹风。或者你也可以用微波炉。冬天会比较难软化,所以要加热一下。但温度不要太高。不然会融化了

3然后用电动打蛋器打至发白

4蛋液也要提前做处理,隔温水放着。这样温度才不会过低
