原料
五花肉 一盒(市场上没好的五花肉,只能去超市买一盒一盒的), 芋头, 蒜 几个, 姜 几片, 干柠檬 一片, 绿茶 一小撮, 花椒 一小把, 辣椒 一小把, 冰糖 适量
步骤
1五花肉洗净去毛,切成麻将大小的块

2放入冷水中,煮开

3捞出冲去血沫,控干水分备用

4锅倒底油少许,凉油入糖小火慢炒,至出棕红色泡沫,下控干水分的肉块翻炒均匀上色,加入料酒少许

5直至肉上全部裹入色泽,下姜蒜

6添水未过食材,大火煮滚

7倒入沙锅中,放入香料(其实应该用个香料盒或者用纱带,可是我忘了一股脑的都扔了进去)

8上盖,煮沸后,小火一个半小时

9等肉炖一个半小时之后入芋头,再一起半个小时即可出锅
