1将里脊肉切成长条

2里脊条用盐、胡椒粉绍酒腌渍,加上淀粉全蛋

3将里脊条用淀粉全蛋搅拌均匀,挂糊,这就是著名的全蛋糊

4洋葱切丝、香葱切末、蒜切末

5锅内放油,烧制四五成油温

6关小火,保持油温,放入里脊条,一条条放,(一定是中小火,要不早下的黑了,后面的没熟)

7直至里脊条变金黄色色,翻面

8将煎好的里脊条捞出放入碗中,(有条件的可以复炸一下,这样里脊条里带的油少)

9锅内放油煸香洋葱、蒜末
10放入番茄酱煸出红油

11将番茄酱放调料。白醋、白糖、盐完全混合煸香
12煸香的番茄酱放少许水淀粉勾芡内放入里脊条

13煸炒直至番茄酱均匀的裹在里脊条上收汁,达到汁明芡亮即可
