原料
豆腐 10小块, 猪肉 100克, 鸡蛋 1个, 面粉 50克, 葱, 酱油, 盐, 糖, 生粉, 油
步骤
1准备好豆腐,切成自己喜欢的大小,自己随意

2把豆腐放进打散的鸡蛋里裹上层鸡蛋液

3再往面粉上裹一层

4锅里热油调中小火,把豆腐放进锅中煎成金黄色翻面再煎

7事先剁碎肉,放点酱油、盐调味,锅里热油,放腌好的碎肉末炒熟盛出,铺在豆腐上

8撒上葱花

9碗里放点盐、糖、生粉、酱油、水调成酱汁倒入锅里煮稍稠出锅,最后煮酱汁淋上就可以了,很美味哦^_^

小技巧
剩下的面粉跟蛋液可以加点盐加点葱花调成面糊,锅里放点油,面糊摊开煎成薄饼,又一美味呈现了
