这个鱿鱼可好吃啦,是老公的同事送的!感谢了啊! 加上清新的荷兰豆,很是滋味,也算是个广东的传统小炒了吧!
原料
鱿鱼, 荷兰豆, 胡萝卜, 油, 盐, 姜, 米酒, 胡椒粉, 生抽, 蒜蓉
步骤
1鲜鱿开肚去内脏,洗净,撕去筋膜;

2划十字刀花,然后切成适量大小块;

3加入姜丝,油盐,胡椒粉腌一下备用;

4胡萝卜去皮切适量大小的片状;

5荷兰豆洗净,去头尾;

6热油锅,下鱿鱼爆炒;

7当鱿鱼卷起来的时候加点生抽提鲜上色;

8在锅边淋上一点米酒炝锅增香即可盛起备用;

9重新热油锅,下姜片,蒜爆香一下,然后下胡萝卜片翻炒一下;

10再下荷兰豆炒匀;期间可以加入少许的水炝锅,熟时加盐调好味;

11上锅前把炒好的鱿鱼倒入重新炒匀即可!

姜,酒和胡椒粉都可以为鱿鱼提香去腥,用酒炝锅会更香些~!
