小技巧
1、牛肉我这次买的不是牛腩哈,喜欢牛腩可以用牛楠,牛肉切块,不要太小,牛肉炖了之后会缩小 2、番茄分两次放,后面放的为了吃的时候可以吃到整块的番茄 3、我喜欢炖牛肉放点洋葱,会增味不少哦 4、蚝油可以不放哈。有的话,放一点可以增加鲜味 5、生抽量要控制,太多了,炖出来的牛肉汤颜色不好看了就 6、先不放盐,到牛肉熟了再放盐调味
