韭菜鸡蛋盒子无疑是韭菜饺子的升级版,干烙的盒子香脆可口,韭菜香气十足,个人觉得是韭菜最好吃的吃法。
原料
面粉 400克, 开水 280克, 韭菜 200克, 鸡蛋 2个, 粉条(熟) 100克, 虾皮 15克, 盐 1/2茶匙, 白胡椒粉 1/8茶匙, 香油 1汤匙
步骤
1面粉中加入开水揉成较软的面团,饧半小时备用

2粉条放入开水中煮软,捞出浸泡在凉水中防止粘连

3将粉条切成小段

4韭菜洗净,切掉根部,然后切碎

8饧好的面团分成8份

小技巧
做盒子的面最好是烫面,面和得要软,这样做出来的盒子口感才柔软好吃 为防止韭菜出水,拌馅时要先放油,再放其他调料,而且最好做盒子之前再拌馅
