原料
鲫鱼 一条, 酸菜 适量, 姜、葱、蒜 适量, 青辣椒 适量, 红辣椒 适量, 泡椒 适量, 白菜梗 适量, 油、盐、鸡精
步骤
1准备材料,鲫鱼洗净,鱼肚里的黑膜血块刮干净,分别切开鱼头和鱼尾(锅大的可不切)

2其它材料全部切好

3白菜梗和酸菜切段

4油锅烧热,可以多倒点油,把鱼放入煎至两面金黄,然后捞起装盘备用

5煎完鱼后锅里的油不要倒,放入青椒、红椒、泡椒、姜葱蒜爆香

6再倒入酸菜和白菜梗翻炒

7放入煎好的鱼,倒入清水,盖上锅盖焖至5分钟
