小技巧
1、鸡蛋洗净再煮哈 2、鸡蛋煮的时候不要用大火一直。很容易裂开的。 3、鸡蛋敲碎的时候不要太过哈。。咱毕竟是外貌协会的。。 4、香料啥的家里有啥放啥。看着放就是了。 5、我用的红茶包,3包。还放了几片柠檬。。随意哈 6、煮茶叶蛋的时候用小火慢慢炖。时间自己看着办。时间久点入味点更 7、煮好的茶叶蛋可以继续浸泡在汤汁里。。第二天吃更入味哈。
