22带上一次性手套,把猪蹄骨头都用夹子去掉,(鸡翅膀肉没加进去,被我撕成小条拌凉菜吃掉了),猪蹄里的要反复检查夹出碎骨头,反复反复,这个步骤如果省略了,定好的肉冻一切就碎掉了。
