原料
乌冬面: 200克, 虾: 几只, 鱿鱼: 1/2条, 青椒: 半个, 红椒: 半个, 洋葱: 半个, 香菇: 2个, 生抽: 2大勺, 盐: 1小勺, 油: 15ml
步骤
1虾在流水下洗净,剥去外壳、挑出虾线待用;鱿鱼洗净,切5厘米左右小段待用

2青椒、红椒去蒂去籽,切细丝;香菇切片洋葱切丝

3煮锅中加入适量清水烧开,放入乌冬面汆烫约1分钟后捞出沥干水分待用

4炒锅倒入适量油烧至六成热,放入切好的洋葱煸炒出香味

小技巧
1.去虾线时,先将虾背浅浅开一刀,然后用牙签轻轻一挑即可
