海鲜汤料煨煮的乌冬面;

原料
乌冬面 400g, 鱿鱼 50g, 青虾 8只, 蛤蜊 50g, 鱼肫 50g, 鱼丸 50g, 草菇 50g, 金针菇 50g, 鹌鹑蛋 50g, 油菜 50g, 洋葱 20g
步骤
1准备食材:海鲜蔬菜洗净备用,蛤蜊用盐水浸泡,鹌鹑蛋煮好剥皮;

2蛤蜊、蘑菇分别下锅炒至6成熟,盛出备用;

3青虾去虾线,四只虾去头;

4锅中放少许油将虾头入锅大火炸炒片刻,虾头炒出红色汁液,放入洋葱;

5锅内多加水,将之前备好的鱿鱼、蛤蜊、鱼肫、蘑菇、整虾、鱼丸一并放入锅中;慢火熬煮半小时;

6汤快熬好的时候换锅煮面,按说明时间煮乌冬面,期间将油菜、金针菇、剥好的鹌鹑蛋放入海鲜汤中;

7面煮好后盛入碗内,将海鲜摆好;
