4炒锅加入黄油烧热,加入西红柿炒出红油!之后加入玉米粒一同翻炒!

5锅中加入800ml的高汤,或清水,大火烧开!

6在煮汤的同时,将牛油果切成粒,鲈鱼斩成块!

7高汤煮开后加入鲈鱼!煮至鱼块转白,证明鱼已经熟了噢!不要煮太久,不然鱼肉散了就不好夹了!

8在鱼块断生转白的同时,加入牛油果,沸腾后立马关火!

9最后加入适量的盐调味,再挤入半个柠檬汁!
