海参: 2只(二至三人份), 虾: 10只, 扇贝丁: 半小碗儿, 姜: (一块儿)最好是切姜丝, 盐: 适量, 青菜: 适量, 香油: 少许勺, 燕麦: 50克左右(多少随意)
