牛筋: 600克, 姜: 6片, 八角: 6个, 料酒: 2大勺, 生抽: 2大勺, 冰糖: 30克, 大蒜: 1根, 胡萝卜: 2根, 海鲜酱: 2大勺, 水: 1000毫升

1牛筋洗干净后切块,最好买的时候叫师傅切,自己切很费力

2先煮一锅水把血水洗掉,水开了即可
