培根: 5片, 鸡胸肉: 200g左右, 洋葱: 适量, 红萝卜: 适量, 生抽、胡椒、盐: 适量

1胡椒盐巴先腌15分钟

2保鲜摸包住不要包的太紧,四周要有空间,拿杆面棍把肉打松肉

3要敲打的蛮用力的,变成这样

4切好适量的红萝卜及葱,可以放自己喜欢的料,但不要多,要不然卷不起来

5底部铺锡箔纸,培根平铺到跟鸡肉差不多宽度(平铺到时候尽量让培根重叠)

6铺上刚刚打松的鸡肉及切好的洋葱及红萝卜,可以撒些黑胡椒粉及盐做调味

7卷起来,四周都卷紧

8蒸个20分钟(我是用大同电锅,如果没有也可以用锅烧水来蒸)

9蒸完后放冷,在放冷冻库15分钟,拿出来再下锅煎,可以加点酱油胡椒下去做酱汁

10煎至每面都上色就可以了
