鲜面条: 500g, 猪肉: 200g, 葱: 1根, 蒜: 2瓣, 东北黄豆酱: 2匙, 甜面酱: 1匙, 精盐: 1盐勺, 鸡精: 1盐勺, 十三香: 1盐勺, 料酒: 1匙, 白糖: 1盐勺, 香油: 1匙, 老抽: 2滴, 淀粉水(淀粉+清水): 1匙淀粉+50g水, 植物油: 适量

1准备材料~

2将葱蒜洗净2/3的葱切丝装盘,少许葱和蒜切末~

3猪肉切小丁装盘备用~

4淀粉水提前调好~

5锅内倒适量清水,待水开放入面条~ 不时用筷子翻动,以免粘锅~ 中间浇两次凉水,再次水开面条就煮好啦 捞出放入凉水盆中~

6锅内倒适量植物油~ 待油温热放入肉丁~ 炒至肉丁发白推到锅一遍,倒入东北黄豆酱和甜面酱~ 搅拌均匀,加入精盐,鸡精,十三香,料酒,白糖,香油,老抽提色,炒匀~

7炒匀后,浇入搅匀的淀粉水,快速翻拌~ 将葱蒜末撒入~ 翻拌均匀,收至汤汁浓稠~ 装盘(油肉分离)~
