1把面粉,盐及糖加进搅拌机拌匀,慢慢加入温水,搅拌至面团幼滑

2把面团平均分成6小份,用檊面棒将粉团压成薄薄的面皮

3把面皮叠起,在每一块皮中间扫上植物油后,放入雪柜冷藏30分钟

4把面皮取出再压的更薄一点后,将黄油及油混和,扫在薄饼上,洒上葱粒

5把薄饼边卷起,用布盖着,让薄饼发烤1小时,然后薄饼压平

6中火烧热平底锅,落少许油,煎薄饼至两边呈金黄色;
