步骤
1首先把盐和面粉放入揉面机,清水准备好

2启动揉面机,将水一点点加入面粉中,直到水全部加进去,燕燕姐这个方子水量刚刚好

3揉面机揉了半个小时,就是这个状态,出膜了,又不是很完全的那种

4将揉好的面取出,向下捏,把里面的光滑面翻出来,取一个碗将面团表面全部裹上薄薄一层油

5加盖保鲜膜冰箱冷藏一个小时以上

6把放松好的面团平均分成4份,每份122g左右,按照此手法把每块面团里面的光滑面翻出来

7然后把面团翻转过来,将底部用虎口收口

9取一个大的面板,或者比较大的台面,取一个面团,收口向下,放油,用手将面团按压成牛舌状
