肉末: 适量, 龙口粉丝: 2支, 黄豆酱: 一勺, 生抽: 2勺, 老抽: 一勺, 蚝油: 一勺, 白糖: 适量, 辣椒: 几个, 蒜瓣: 几个, 白芝麻: 一勺, 鸡精: 适量
步骤
1把龙口粉丝提前用温水泡软捞出沥干水分,肉末加蚝油、生抽、白糖、料酒拌匀腌制十分钟

2起油锅,把肉末下锅翻炒变色

3放黄豆酱一勺翻炒均匀

6加入两勺生抽,一勺老抽,一勺蚝油,适量白糖,半碗清水,水的量是把粉丝泡在里面,中火煮,时而反动,让粉丝上色,中途加入辣椒,接着翻拌

7直至到没有汤汁,粉丝完全上色,加一勺白芝麻,适量鸡精调味
