小技巧
1、腌肉时放淀粉不宜过多,1小勺即可,使肉质更嫩。 2、调汁中的调料依个人口味调整定量,水淀粉即淀粉与凉水数量约为1:2,搅匀,最后倒入锅中前再度搅匀。
