原料
鸡腿+鸡翅: 各2只, 料酒: 2勺, 香菇: 6朵, 姜: 几片, 盐: 一勺, 青椒: 2个, 老抽: 2勺, 干红辣椒: 4个, 白胡椒粉: 适量, 鸡精: 适量, 白糖: 1勺
步骤
1将鸡腿和鸡翅洗净,切成四厘米左右的块,姜切片,青椒切成细长条,干红椒切圈,香菇泡发洗净切成小条,备用

2锅中放入底油,待油冷却放入白糖。开小火将白糖不停翻炒出焦糖色,将洗净的鸡块放入锅中,开大火快速翻炒

3放入姜片和干红辣椒继续翻炒,放入两勺料酒拌匀

4加入香菇条翻炒,之后加一勺盐

5倒入2勺老抽均匀上色

6倒入清水,以淹没鸡块为准,开中火15-20分钟,至鸡肉软烂

7加入鸡精,放入青椒翻炒,务必炒到青椒断生为止,这样香喷喷的黄焖鸡就做好了。
