原料
笋: 1500克, 姜: 两片, 葱: 适量, 盐: 适量, 排骨: 1000克, 八角: 1支, 花椒粉: 适量

1将排骨洗干净,尤其小碎骨头渣挑干净,免得吃的时候伤到家人,这次因为婆婆妈爱吃猪蹄,所以加了半个猪脚,平时可以不加,洗干净后用开水去血水,放在盘子,里待用。

2把竹笋剥好,洗干净,切成小段,备用

4肉变色有香味后加入竹笋继续煸炒一下
