泥鳅: 一斤, 黄豆: 二两, 酸笋: 2两, 辣椒,青葱: 少许, 蚝油: 适量, 料酒,盐,糖: 适量

3先用清水泡2两黄豆(半天时间)然后滴干水分~

4放一饭碗油炸至金黄色后捞起沥干备用 1

5紧接着炸泥鳅至酥黄(留点底油)~

6酸笋(酸菜,酸豆角,泡菜都可以)切丝,小米辣和香葱切段~

7然后热锅和干辣椒姜蒜末一起炒香,再放入炸好的泥鳅,加入一茶匙盐,两茶匙糖,料酒两茶匙,蚝油一茶匙煸炒一分半钟,再加入黄豆,半碗淀粉水,小火焖两分钟撒香葱段后就可以起碟~
