5开水煮沸加入凉水,盐巴,继续煮,开了再放入面条,然后煮至九分熟出锅

6凉水把面条冲凉,水沥干,放入几滴油,搅拌均匀,这样面条会有弹性不会黏糊糊的

7开锅,煎蛋∽
