原料

红茶（正山小种）: 一大把， 白砂糖: 1包， 牛奶: 150ml， 炼乳: 1勺

步骤

1茶叶用沸水煮开，煮茶5分钟。

2加入白砂糖，化开后加入150ml牛奶。

3最后加入1勺炼乳，一起煮开3分钟即可。
