小技巧
1、豆腐用的是老豆腐,先过水焯下,可以去豆腥味哈 2、豆腐一定要煎到两面焦黄,这样再加料煮,饱含汤汁。。。外焦里嫩。。。。啧啧啧! 3、这种做法的葱油算是懒人版了,我隔一段时间都会做点放着,我喜爱葱油味!
