步骤
1豆干大块切一刀,成两小块

2先在豆干的一面切竖刀,别切断,深度大约到豆干的2/3处

3一面切完以后,将豆干翻面,在切斜刀,深度也到豆干的2/3位置,不要切断.切完以后,豆干就有蓑衣状的花纹,这样切好的豆干,很容易入味

4切好的豆干,切成四小块

5锅内放少许油

10水开后放切好的豆干

11中火煮五分钟左右
12关火,等到锅内的豆干完全晾凉以后,倒入保鲜盒中,浸泡一个晚上,第二天再吃,豆干更入味
