蛤蜊: 适量, 芹菜: 适量, 蒜苗: 适量, 生抽: 适量, 蚝油: 适量, 糖,盐,姜蒜: 适量, 大辣椒(不辣的): 适量
步骤
1把蛤蜊用盐水养吐沙后,放入锅内

2加冷水入锅

3煮到蛤蜊开口后1-2分钟左右关火,不要煮太长时间肉会老

4盛出把肉挑出,煮蛤蜊的水留着备用,倒出来最底部的有沙,切记不要倒完底部会有沙子

5用冷水洗干净沙子,清洗两次,最后一次用煮的过的蛤蜊的汤清洗一次,拧干水(也可以不用汤洗留着汤炒菜时倒入也可以)

6切好材料
