6把炖盅置于大煲里面,加入冷水,浸泡炖盅一半多点的位置,大火15分钟,转小火1个半小时

7接下来煮椰浆冻

8取牛奶把鱼胶粉融化拌匀

9煮椰浆忘记拍图了?煮至微沸,把融化好的鱼胶粉倒进椰浆里面,再开小火搅拌均匀,加热到微沸的状态,离火冷却
10热水消毒容器晾干

11把晾凉的椰奶冻倒进容器,盖上盖子放进冰箱冷藏,冷藏半个小时左右,可以看见椰奶冻已经凝固,轻按表面不破,凝固结实

12炖好的桃胶加入黑糖,糖量按照自己口味调节,要是想颜色好看可以加入冰糖,这样做出来的桃胶冻可以看得清楚粒粒桃胶

13鱼胶粉融化好后加热至微沸,倒入炖好的桃胶里面再上火煮加热5分钟
