小技巧
1、荷兰豆水焯时间不要过长,否则口感不脆; 2、水焯时放入少量的盐,是为了保持蔬菜的颜色更好,但是在炒菜中就要控制盐的用量; 3、腊肠中油脂比较多,因此炒菜时,不需要用太多的油,否则口感比较油腻,失去了荷兰豆的清新。
