鱼浆: 150, 鸡蛋: 2个, 海苔: 1张, 油: , 盐:
步骤
1鱼浆是自己剁好的,剁好后加入油盐调味,再摔打上胶即可,也可买现成的;

2鸡蛋打散,加入盐调味,搅打均匀;

3平底锅抹一点点油,下鸡蛋液,小火摊成鸡蛋饼;

4摊好的鸡蛋饼上铺上海苔;

6再将蛋皮从两边向内卷起;

小技巧
1、手沾点水可以方便让鱼浆铺平; 2、鱼浆也可以换上虾仁浆或者肉泥等; 3、新手怕蛋皮做得不好,可以在鸡蛋里加入少许水淀粉~!
