1取250g面粉

2150g牛奶加热到30度倒入2.5g酵母搅拌均匀放置一会

3取适量熟黑芝麻用打粉机打碎

4打尽量碎打出香味

5把打碎的芝麻倒入面粉加入白糖,再加入牛奶搅拌成面团,用手揉匀后发酵

6室温发酵至2倍大

7发酵好后取出面团排气

8均分成5个面团,揉匀后第二次醒发15分钟至面团增大变光滑

9上锅蒸25分钟
