原料
咸菜疙瘩: 一个半, 肉丝: 看心情, 蒜: 2/3瓣, 辣椒: 看想要辣度, 葱姜、糖少许料酒少许: , 川麻椒: 六七粒, 老抽、生抽:
步骤
1先把咸菜疙瘩切成细条,加水泡会,肉丝切好,然后准备麻椒末~因为不喜欢吃麻椒粒,都是热锅炒酥后,用擀面杖碾成末备用~

3准备姜末、葱末、蒜末和辣椒~

4热锅冷油下肉丝,变色后➕料酒翻炒~

5我喜欢肉干点的,炒的差不多的时候放点老抽继续翻炒下~

6肉炒好后,推到一边,放辣椒、蒜末、葱姜末、麻椒末~炒香
